If you'd like to return or exchange an Intelligent Change item you were gifted, we kindly ask that you please: 

- Confirm that it was purchased from our website, or

- Provide the order number or the name of the person who purchased it so we can locate the order

We will be happy to exchange the item or offer you a store credit for the value of the item. 

Kindly note that Intelligent Change products purchased from outside of our website (www.intelligentchange.com) will have to be returned or exchanged with that retailer. Thank you for your understanding.
